These monsters are from Silent Hill 3. It was released in 2003 for Playstation 2, and then PC(there's also a HD version that was released in 2012 for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 but they changed Heather's voice and it's really rather meh so i don't recommend it).
Glutton: Glutton is a tall monster trapped in a large, cylindrical cage. The bottom of the cage is filled with long spikes(the appearance is similar to stalagmites). It has two mouths; one on its head and one on its chest. Around its head there is a metal ring. This could be representing a halo, and how Claudia Wolf(a woman that works with The Order, a cult in Silent Hill) sees monsters as holy figures created by God(the deity of The Order).
In the game, Glutton is not a threat. It is just an obstacle. Heather(the protagonist) must find all the writings of a story called Tu Fui, Ego Eris and read it aloud in front of the monster to make it disappear.
In Tu Fui, Ego Eris, there is a monster that ate townspeople and knights. It blocked the villagers from leaving their homes, like how Glutton blocks Heather from leaving the building they are in.
Symbolism- In the story, there is a priestess that is killed, resurrected, and defeats the monster. This could be hinting that the priestess is an embodiment of Heather being reborn from Alessa Gillespie to kill the monsters in Silent Hill(I kinda explained who Alessa is in this post). The spikes at the top and bottom of the cage could represent teeth, like how the creature in the story ate people.
Glutton may represent an infant; an infant must eat a lot in order to grow. Glutton is also harmless, like an infant.
I'm also gonna add this bit bc good:
"the creature may represent the female reproductive area, as its body's shape is slightly reminiscent of a medical diagram of that area in the way it starts out wide on the top and slenders down toward the bottom, just like the uterus and the vagina. Its two mouth openings could be taken to represent the urethral and vaginal openings as well. It is also worth noting that the vagina's primary function is to take things into itself (i.e. consume), such as the penis and semen, which fits the theme of gluttony. The soldiers the Glutton in the story eats could be seen to be a metaphor for sperm."
~why I like it~ dude character design A+. I really love that the Silent Hill series has many dangerous/powerful monsters, but it also incorporates completely harmless monsters.
Double Head: canine creature, with its head split vertically through the middle. Bandaged with burned, bloody strips of skin.
Symbolism- their bandages and burns resemble Alessa's hospitalization(she was hospitalized for getting hurt in a fire). Also resembling Alessa's fear of dogs. The two sides of the head symbolize Alessa and Heather.

"It is possible that this monster's split, or parted head, could be symbolic of vaginal lips, which must be parted in order for intercourse, impregnation, and birth to occur. The tongue hanging out from between the two halves of its head could be symbolic of an still-intact umbilical cord just after giving birth. The Double Head's name may invoke thoughts of conjoined twins with two heads, which could also tie into body horror and women's fears of problematic pregnancies."
